1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cortex Kernel LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CraftSignal platform and services.

By accessing or using CraftSignal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

3. Service Description

CraftSignal provides analytics and marketing attribution services for Minecraft server operators. Our platform tracks player joins, monitors marketing campaign performance, and provides insights into server growth and revenue attribution.

4. Account Registration

To use CraftSignal, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

5. Subscription and Payment

CraftSignal offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Listed plan prices are shown in USD; Lemon Squeezy may present local currency and applicable taxes at checkout based on your billing location
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax collection, and billing infrastructure. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

6. Billing and Cancellation Policy

Purchases are non-refundable. Please review our full Billing Policy for cancellation and billing details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CraftSignal to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
  • Use the service for any illegal gambling or fraud schemes
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Track servers you do not own or have permission to monitor

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to CraftSignal, including server configurations and tracking data. We claim no ownership over your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide our services to you.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORTEX KERNEL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CRAFTSIGNAL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortex Kernel LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of CraftSignal or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. For paid plans, you may cancel renewal through the Lemon Squeezy billing links in your receipt or by contacting us at mat@craftsignal.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of CraftSignal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
